Housing — Non Receipt of Deposit
Respected Sir,I am Satying at Bhandup My application No. 147617 for Mahada Housing Scheme . More than one month has passed my Deposit Money has not got with me . The Courier person has not delivery my deposit to me. and when i contact the courier person he say that he had return back the courier . So Please let me know when i will get my deposit money back .

Housing — delay in housing project
I have booked a flat under your housing schme since three years and i have deposited Rs.65,300.00 for bhubsneawar project. It is matter of regreat that no action have been taken by your organisation .Please confirm how may year is required your organisation for sucess your project in Bhubaneswar.Pitambar sahoo ,Rourkela
Housing — Car Parking
Dear Sir,My complex has four buildings. All the four buildings have four different registered societies. As regards the open area in the complex, it is not known to which society the open area belongs. However, now my society wants to charge car parking charges for parking in the open area. My society is not paying any taxes for the open area. Hence, it is requested to inform whether my society has any legal right to charge the parking fees.

Housing — Poor Quality in execution and Delayed handing over
I purchased a flat in Chennai from a reputed and famous builder. The work executed is of inferior quality and perfection in finishing is very poor in all the aspects. In spite of oral and written complaints, this company never bothered to complete the job. I belong to an ordinary middle class and I had to incur heavy loss. Please let me know whether whether I can go for claiming compensation.
