Myself Prashant Pandharpurkar from Ahmedabad. I have purchased LAPTOP from CARE Office Equipment Pvt Ltd., Ahmedabad vide Invoice No 004377 ZRI Dated 25/02/2009.
I have registered with HP and my redemption code is 6WZT JMXA95, Which has been sent to me by HP Redemption team on 6th March, 2009.
My LAPTOP Details are: COMPAQ LAPTOP CQ60209TU, S/N 2CE9058MKP. On the purchase of this LAPTOP, you have offered KODAK 9.2 MEGA Pixel Camera and I have sent DD of Rs. 1299/- of ICICI Bank Dated 07/03/2009 in favour of “SOLUTIONS INTERGRATED MARKETING SERVICES” and sent it to H P Redemption Cell, Okhla Ind. Area, PH-1, New Delhi on 7th March, 2009 with Copy of Invoice, Original DD and Original copy of Bar Coded Product Serial Number Sticker.
Since 07/03/2009 to till today (11/02/2011) means in 706 days, I have not received any response as well as my Gift CAMERA.
I am also enclosing my Scanned copies of Invoice, Barcode Sticker and DD for your ready reference and please take the note of my change address as mentioned below.
So, you requested to look in to the matter and please send me my CAMERA or arrange send my money back because this complain in pending since 7th March, 2009.
