All our t-shirts are custom made and T-Shirts ship in 8 working days from the date of order. This is mentioned on each and every product page. How can u write this mail in just 4 working days after ur purchase.

Shipping charges are calculated on our site on per product basis depending on the weight & what the courier charges us. We have made it hidden anywhere. I[censored] are not interested u should not have placed ur order at first instance.

Your order will be shipped in 8 working days from ur date of purchase. We never expect u to shop with us again.

This is another false complaints posted by a bunch of people who wants to defame us.

This payment was promptly refunded. Please go thro the below URL to find the screen-shot of the Refund.

Also, This order was placed on 6th June and Customer posts the complaint on 10th June itself.

Eventhough it was very well before our delivery time commitment, we issued the refund.

Please read our delivery policy very clearly which is displayed on each and every product page.

Shipping Commitment: This product ships in 8 working days time & delivered in 1-5 working days after shipping depending on the destination.
Shipping Charges Extra as applicable. Rs.40/- per product for Pre-Paid orders. Rs.80/- per product for COD orders.

Please note that shipping status of any order will not be available on the phone

I think it is attitude of seller due to which customer should differ doing any transection in future

Hi,

That was not our reply at all. The customer has fabricated all our reply emails.
This is a customer who posted a complaint that we did not refund after receiving the refund.
He was foul mouthed and used harsh bad words when he talked to us over the phone.
Hope everyone can understand that such a customer can fabricate any kind of mails.
