I bought a Hyundai I 10 in October 2012. I went to the authorized service center on Ekbote auto consultants , sangharsh nagar Mumbai for my first service. They didn’t even touched my car I found a hair on the driver seat after they claimed that they have cleaned the car and have vacuumed it completely. I didn’t gave the coupon to him but he has already filled it . Now I called up much acclaimed Hyundai cc for resolution. I have filed the complaint and have raised reminder complaint three times. every time I get the same response ” concerned department will call you back in 48 hours”
No one has called yet. Resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I will be forced to post the same with consumer forum .
