It been already one month, since I purchased my Hyundai I-20 from Godawri Motors Ludhiana through CSD. Till date I haven’t received any documents other than the Temp registration number and Insurance Note from the dealer. I have been escalating this case for the past two weeks to the customer care feed back site as well as personally spoke to both the North Regional Office Mr. Sandhu and Ms. Harpreet, Customer Care Executive as well as the dealer. But till date I haven’t received any kind of response from any of them. My temporary registration is getting over today. I am using my car in Delhi NCR.
My first service is also due and I don’t have the Service Booklet also. I have no words to describe the sorry state of After Sales Service of Hyundai motors. I am regretting my decision now to be a part of Hyundai family.

Any litigation against me for the registration will now have to be borne by Hyundai.
