I applied for a credit card in icici bank before 16 days, Verification
also completed but till date I didn't receive any update of the card.
What is the status ?, And I am not able to check the application status in online.

Hi,

I was applied for a credit card two weeks ago. Till date, I can't check the application status online. Neither the bank representative contacted me. I am tired of contacting to bank but there is no update nor I received any call. Can somebody let me know about the status of my application.

Verification also completed but till date I didn't receive any update of the card.

I am not able to check the application status in online, and not responding your executive or customer care executive also.

Actually i got call from the company and i dint even called for them for the credit card.But still they only enquired and sent one person for the document collection.After the document collection, verification and every thing the status they are saying that its been disaproved.again Being our salary account in ICICI bank, i have felt like they never genuinely care for their customers.

This is the worst and hopeless service i felt with ICICI bank and i'm going to change my salary account some other bank.And definitely i will never recommend anyone to service from icici bank.

Hi,

The executive who processed my application has told me that the credit application was processed and the same was dispatched, but I have not received the card so far. When I tried to check the application #S[protected] it says no such record. Can you please let me know the actual status and the courier details of which, if the same has been dispatched. The application was signed on 05/11/2014.
