I have submitted a claim 3 months back for risk covering policy of personal loan taken by ICICI bank.
My Claim is not yet processed even after submission of documents on 1st June 2008 and also got verified by ICICI Lombard team on 22nd June 2008. I have contacted to ICICI Lombard helpdesk by phone several times and got the answer that they are forwarding my concern to concerned department and they will contact me in 48 hour time, but I never got any call. They raised 2 service requests 4632194 and 10709973 for my concern.
Now more than 3 months have been since I initiated the claim and still my claim settlement is pending, although they claim that maximum of 45 days take for claim settlement. With this experience I am very much annoyed with ICICI bank. I never thought ICICI bank can be that much inhuman to a cancer patient and make him beg for the claim settlement.
Please help me out how I can find the justice?
