I have renewed an insurance policy for Honda Activa vehicle over Web on 30-August-2009. An email received from the ICICI Lombard regarding the same but the insurance policy has been issued in the name of different person. Vehicle is owned by by my wife since it's registration last year.
I have registered ths issue with ICICI Lombard customer care over phone as well as over email I was notified that the the corrected policy has been sent by courier after a lot of follow up. The policy has not been received till now. Probably it has gone to the address of the wrong person.
Am stil writting to the company but lost hopes now. Was this information helpful? |
ICICI Lombard Insurance — not issuing the policy document
I renewed the ICICILOMBARD policy on june 5 2009, I paid rs 1031 for the insuracne. But I have not received the policy document from themI called nearly many times. Whenever I ask they will it is being processed will be reaching within 5 days.
I have sent a mail they asked so many details through mail I gave all the details. After that I received the mail stating the document is sent through courier and given POS number also to track. But I have not received the policy document.
I have sent so many mails and made calls in spite of this They always say my request is being processed but no action. Till today they yet to send the document.
this is Purest form of cheating.
