I had been to the ICICI pru life branch in Hebbal, to get a mediacl insurance done for my parents.
I had got in touch with a person called as Rajesh/Rakesh, he had come home and i provided him a cheque on last sunday.
Since then i have no response from him, he doesn't receive my call and doesn't even reply back to my messages.
I dont know why he is behaving like this, i have no idea wheather he has ran away with the cheque or given it to the ICICI to get the medical insurance done for my parents.
I tried calling the Hebbal branch, but they disconnect the line.
I tried calling the call centre, they say that they cannot help me.

I am very unhappy with the ICICI service.
Please look into it and get back to me asap.

I dont mind escalating it to the higher levels, if you could provide me there email id or there contact number.
