Dear sir
i had bought 2 time share from iggi resorts international ltd. now the company is leased by J's Heritage in Kodaikanal, and Ooty Resorts Under their own opeation by Iggi Resorts. I had invested totally 2 lakhs for buying this 2 resorts. Now when i offer them for Buy Back. There is no proper response from them. i want to take them up for legal action and possible file a winding up petetion and crimanal proceedings againsts its directors.
Kindly guide me how to start the process and where i have to file the petetion to sue them legally. There a lot of investors like me who not even know about threre Whereabouts. I look forward ur kind advise and response.
