[Resolved]  In2net — delayed service

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Dr. Nitesh Sharma and currently I am residing in JCB hostel, Khandwa road, Indore in room no. 22. I am an Internet user of in2net broadband service, an undertaking of Hinduja company.
On 4th of may 2010 at about 2:00 am, the internet connection i am using (In2net Broadband services from Hinduja group) got disconnected.
I waited till 11:00 am for repair of connectivity. Then, i called their customer care, number being: [protected] and [protected] and enrolled a complaint regarding the disconnection. They registered my complaint and provided me a Complaint no 504. They promised to get it repaired till 12:00 in the noon.
At 1:30 ,I again called to know about the improvement over my complaint. This time I also called the sales person Mr. Ganesh, who have sold us the plan. his mobile no being- [protected]. He is also a senior technical personnel in that company. He promised to send some Mr. Santosh for checking the connection error.
At 4:00 P.M, I again called regarding updation of my complaint. This time they didn't responded well and neither answered or called back me also, they disconnected my call.
At 7:00 P.M I called back again. As, our exams are going on along with project and assignment submissions which require continuous internet connection. Here I am providing You our Internet connection Details:
Connection speed: 256 kbps (which never get better than 200-228 kbps)
Mode of payment: 662 in cash
Nature of Payment: Prepaid
Today on 5th of may, I called again at office as well as to Mr. Ganesh, against which they replied harshly and asked us to bear the service, what they are providing. The total no of calls being 3 for today.
At 6:00 P.M i tried again to call at office and Mr. Ganesh but they didn't responded and also disconnected my call.
Sir/Madam, my connection has been disconnected since two days and still they are not willing to repair it.

I feel so mentally and psychologically harassed and offended. So, i request you to please take a quick action over them and Punish them for such a mistreatment to their customers.

i would also like to bring in notice to you that, in our hostel three of my friends are also using the broadband connection of same company and, they are also facing the same problem.
Their name being:
1. Mr. Aakash Wadia. (room no. 20)
2. Dr. Navdeep Kumar (room no. 7)
3. Mr. Abhijeet Kumar (room no. 25)
Still, there are few more connection names, which i am currently unaware of. So, please take some action and get rid of our misery.
Also if you can suggest us any immediate action like complaining elsewhere please, reply me back.

Dear Nitesh,
I stay in Mumbai and I too face the same problem.
I agree with you about the poor service of the in2net and the hasrh and rude behaviour of their customer care representatives.

So my solution is that you register a legal complaint with the consumer forum at the website: www.fcamin.nic.in
or you may call on this no.: [protected]

Plz plz plz, do register a complain with the consumer forum. Also ask your other friends to register the complaints. If the no. of complaints are more, then our chances of getting the problems solved will be higher.

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO TEACH SOME LESSON TO THIS NUTS "IN2NET" ...
