Incometax department — it refund

i have filed my IT on 29/07/12,assesment year-2012-13,name-tapas debnath,by e-filing,amont of- rs 4834/-.still i havent get refund.but surprisingly my collegue get back as he was filed manually.in one hand Govt. inspire to file electronically and other hand who filed this way they back their refund delay.is this original fact? i want my refund amount as soon as possible by you.my PAN no-AJHPD8408R. email [protected]@gmail.com
