I ordered on 05th october a watch for my brother in law's b'day who was in Pune Before making the order i was promised that it will reach him before 13th october as there was no sign of delivery i called them and they told me that the particular model was not on stock,so why didn't they tell me before making the order and now my brother in law is starting to chennai for diwali and wont be there in pune for next 10 days so im highly annoyed by their attitude,i wont recommend it to anyone Was this information helpful? It must be an individual case. Usually Infibeam do have responsibility & correct delivery. I am a user of the same service. And I got very good result.

I have ordered for an Epson Printer TX400, as seen in their website on 02/09/2011. Till date (22/09/2011) it has not been received. In my account in their website, it is shown as 'shipped'. On enquiry over phone, they said that a 'team' was on the way for delivery. Yesterday they asked me to order another printer, as it was out of stock! I am going to complaint in Consumer Redressel Forum.
