[Resolved]  Infibeam Online Shopping — Erratic and rude behavior at the online chat support by the online chat representative

Hello,

I contacted Infibeam's live chat twice enquiring about your payment options. The person responding to online chat got irritated and started behaving rudely and even erratically.
