Sir,
This has reference to my earlier mail dated 15th October 2014 on the subject cited above. No response even after more than one month, has been received so far.
It is further to inform you that the possession of the above said unit was to be handed over to the undersigned by September 2013 and if we count the extended period of six months then by March 2014. As per your mail dated 05.05.2014 it was informed that the structural work has been completed in Tower No.9 and Finishing work is in progress. In case, the above unit is handed over to the undersigned in the month of August 2016, as informed by your letter no. 21748/385198/AMN0090408 dated 16.09.2014, you are required to pay me market rent of the above said unit i.e. Rs.15, 000/- per month w.e.f. April 2014, as the delay is on your part. You have to pay me Rs.1, 20, 000/- immediately i.e. the market rent of Rs.15, 000/- per month w.e.f. April 2014 to November 2014 (8 Months) and further 20 postdated advance cheques of Rs.15, 000/- upto July 2016 as the date of possession of the said unit as fixed by you is August 2016.
You must realize that the undersigned has taken loan from the Bank and from other source and paid you 95% of the total cost of the above said unit for which I am paying an EMI of Rs.19, 000/- per month.
You are requested to revert me back immediately by return mail otherwise I will be forced to approach the Court of Law.
