i was applied for MOIL IPO on[protected] by axis bank which is linked to my D-Mat account,
due to no shares alloted to me refund was despatched on[protected] to me but it was refuded without delivering to me after that many times i contact on email & telephone with karvy computer share pvt ltd hydrabad asking for redespatch of refund but till date they are not redespatch refund till date & fraud information given on my email that they are despatched & on telephone every time they reply we will despatch tommorrow or day after tommorrow.

they are harassing me ?

I have applied for "INTIME SPECTRUM REGISTRY LIMITED" ipo and received Allotment Advice cum ECS credit intimation. In that it is mentioned that refund will happen through ECS and till now refund has not reached my a/c.
