Hi.When I booked A Ticket With Bank Of Baroda Netbanking to get tickets from Vellore To Hyderbad. All The Process Is Complet. The Last Stage Of Of Amount Transaction Time the Server Not Responded and The Pair Of the Ticket Amount Is Deducted My Account. This Process do on 05/09/2012. i will aproach to kesineni Oficers they told in 7 working days amount will be refund to Your Account. But till now the day the amount of 1720/- is not refunded. please go dont with this type of componeis. they were leasyness. so please help me and refund my amount

We had traced 2 transactions has taken place on that day out of first transaction is a response failure case at the payment gateway level, where tickets not issued and the second transaction is a successfull transaction for which 2 tickets booked from vellore to hyderabad journey dt;[protected].
For the failed transction, there is an automatic process that we have registered your complaint number under 39119 on dt:[protected] for the response failed case and we have got reverted back the refund by CC avenue payment gateway on[protected].
