Dear Sir,
I have purchased a GENTS SHO - [protected] dated on 8/5/2012 from KHADIMS Bhagwati Sharan Enclave,Ground Floor .Boring Road,Patna PIN 800001 . On 21st May 2012 I have given it for repair (complain slip no is-485) and they have given me 2/6/2012 as delivery date for the same. Once they failed to do so they have given next date on 10/6/2012. Today was there at your showroom to collect my things I found that they repaired it locally
and refuses to give me details for the same like dispatch details at your factory for the said product from this showroom.
Though it was not ready I asked the sales boys to give me details of company and the concern owner of the showroom they told me there is no provision for any complain in our company. Today I have given a call to your Kolkata office they told me to write your complain at once.
Your concern showroom is harassing me mentally, psychically as well as economically I hope you will take an urgent and necessary step to solve it ASAP from your end. My goods is still laying at your concern showroom.
Note :- If it is not manageable from your end please let me know so that I will go to the consumer court for the solution.
