Dear Sir,
I have Purchased a LAVA KKT12 in the month of Jan, 2010.Before purchasing all the of Specifications I have checked thoroughly in LAVA official website www.lavamobiles.com.
But after purchase once started using it, I came to know that Lava mobiles cheated me. It is a worst mobile ever I had since now.
In the specification sheet it is mentioned that vibration mode is available and dual charging points (USB & Nokia Small pin).
But,
There is no such option available for vibration; due to this I am unable to attend most of the calls.
Also,
The second charging point is not at all working. The voice clarity also not good in this mobile, if i speak for more than 10mins. It’s Getting saviour ear pain.
The most painful thing is before purchase, I have enquired with LAVA Customer Care (Mr.Siddharth Shankar Sharma - [protected]) and asked feedback about KKT12. For which he told i can purchase there won’t be any issue. Was this information helpful? |
