Dear Lodha Manager,
We booked an apartment in your "flagship" project - Casabella (Dombivalli) in March 2009. We were given sweet promises of a dream home at that time. The customer service executives were nice enough to answer our queries question. But once we paid 2 advance installments, things started changing. The construction was supposed to be started from September - October 2009. However your executives kept on giving stupid excuses of heavy rains etc and the construction did not start till September 2010.
The customer service representative dint used to pick up phones anymore and always gave lousy answers.
We had to re sanction the Home loan (from LICHFL) a couple of times since everytime we asked Lodha people, they used to promise the construction will be starting next month.
Now when you have started construction somehow, you send 2 demands per month. LIC executives atleast take 2-3 weeks to process the demand. However, if you get the check even 1 day late, you charge us 18% interest on the demand. Everytime we complaint, your executives threaten us with the clauses in the agreement.
Initially the construction was supposed to be completed in April 2011, then they informed that the possesion date will be postponed to Dec 2011 and now they are saying that it will be April 2012.
I am an IT professional and I understand the meaning of deadlines and what customer is.
Please help us. I dont want to take names but requesting you to keep some gentle and nice customer executives.
