Dear Sir,

I am a customer of Maruti Udyog Ltd since 1989.Now I am using a Maruti 800car of make year 2002
.
I have booked a Swift VDi (white colour) on 6th November 2010 at M/s Sarathy Auto Cars, Pallimukku, Kollam, 691 010 Kerala by paying Rs10000/-vide their receipt dated[protected] . Later after two weeks I have converted the version to Swift Dezire LDi, but at that time the dealer has not intimated me about the excess amount, that I have to pay for the higher class of vehicle (ie Rs50000/-).They have signed an undertaking from me, that they require a maximum period of six months of time for the delivery of my vehicle.

I was regularly enquiring about the delivery of my car with the dealer .On 13th May 2011 The dealer insisted me to pay the remaining amount of Rs 40000/- and I have remitted the amount vide their receipt No364 dtd[protected]. At that time they have informed me that the vehicle will be delivered to me within three weeks of time.

I approached the dealer on 9th June, 2011 and he informed me that I have to wait for another six months of time for the delivery of my car since, I have made the balance payment on May 2011 .Moreover the dealer says flimsy excuses regarding the delivery of my car

My friends who have booked the same class of vehicle during the month of February 2011 has under gone the first service of their vehicles

In this circumstances it is requested that appropriate steps may be taken to deliver my car in time and the action taken in this regard may be informed
