Me and my other 2 friends taken a mobile handsets of Micromax and within 2 months of working out of 3 handsets 2 got problem in hardware, due to low quality of hardware. When we visited to Micromax service center, it was totally unorganized and no one was there to handle the customer. It was a setup of a local mobile repairing shop. Near about 10 to 12 customers visited their customer care center and almost every one got wague answers and were dissatisfied. This is the product quality and support we expect from Indian companies. How we can be faithful and loyal to promote our Indian products. When they are cheating every customer.
We are very disappointed to see the after sale service. a person who were handling the customer support was very rude and aggressive. I told him I don't want to keep my handset with you if possible please attend my query immediately, he refused. When i told him to provide money for repair, he immediately agree and said wait for 10 minutes. These are the fraud practices are playing on the Micromax customer support center in Janakpuri A3/93.
