Hi,
This is regarding a Blackberry smartphone (Blackberry Storm 9530 3G) that I ordered and got delivered through Naptol. I ordered for a GSM version of the above mentioned Blackberry model for ~12K and got a 'shock delivery' of a CDMA model - which is absolutely of no use. My repeated attempts to reach Naptol at their customer care number - [protected] is greeted by someone or the other from the customer care with a standard reply - "Someone from our side would contact you within the next 48 hours" - and this 48 hours has never elapsed for Naptol and noone has contacted me until now.
Purpose of me sharing this experience of mine with Naptol is the following
- Hoping that Naptol will take this seriously, realize their mistake and reach out to me to take corrective actions
- To warn each and every citizen of India against Naptol - I have ended up making this purchase for an amount as big as 12K and got cheated - primary reason being that I saw Naptol advertisement in a leading english daily - 'The Times of India' and you attach some credibility to TOI. I am told now by my more aware friends that Naptol advertisements always comes in leading English/Hindi dailies so as to easily catch new preys.
If there is any positive action from Naptol side as a response to this complaint of mine, I shall get back to this forum, share my experience and even endorse Naptol - but at this point I have no reason to trust them. On the other hand, even this complaint is not attended to by Naptol, I have plans to intensify my fight for justice (through printed/online/visual media) to ensure that fellow citizens of my beloved country doesnt fall victim to these guys and Naptol runs out of business.
