I had booked my product on 7-Dec-2010 for blackberry Sprint 8830 the payment was confirmed on 9-Dec-2010 for the amount of 6100
Have been following daily with your customer care about the status of delivery,the only response i get from them the product is dispatched and you will the product shortly
On 21 Dec i spoke to some supervisor of yours he said due to some technical issue in a software the product can not be delivered and will refund my amount and when asked when he said i have no idea
If you are supervisor is that bad i can understand how associates can be
Today when i called to check the status in your customer care, the replied i got from the associates was you will the get the product shortly when i told him as per my call on dec 21 the product is faulty and you will refund my money, the associates he has no info on the same, however if i want to cancel the product refund would take 10-15 days and he cancel the product
Please help me to get my product or refund my money

This is the mail that was sent to CEO of naaptol.com, i did receive call mentioning the you should get product in next few days, and will get back to me in 30 Minutes the call was dated 24 dec 2010,
