I ordered a Tablet from Naaptol.com on 10th January. I paid full price by my credit card. The delivery came to me on 14th & the courier person was demanding Rs. 520 as octroi charges. I did not pay the charges as I have already done the full payment to Naaptol. The courier person took back the parcel with him. I contacted Naptol on same day & they assured my that the issue will be sorted out & I will get the tablet in 1 day without any extra charges. I did not get the tablet till 16th & called Naaptol again & I got answer that I need to wait for some more time. I decided to cancel the order because of bad service from Naaptol & demanded for refund. I was told that I will get the refund. I called Naaptol next day for follow up. Surprisingly I got an answer that I will not get any refund. when I started arguing the customer care the person disconncted the line. I called again & I was told that I will get the refund but after 10-12 days.
This is very bad service from Naaptol & I dont know if I will get my money back.
I would like to register a complaint against naaptol for bad service customer service & not refunding my money.
I have attached the order details.
