Hi Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Sony PS2 from Naaptol on 14th May 2012. We never received this product. It got delivered to somebody else. From last 2.5 months i am following up on the refund amount and they are continuosly saying "It will get deposited in sometime". I am very very frustated and disappointed.
I sent so mayn mails even copying to [protected]@naaptol.com. Sent so many mails to Divya Susai who is manager.
