The following mail received confirming the BSNL Recharge top up. Amount got debited But inspite of complaints to the customer care they could not give proper answer and they asking to contact BSNL customer care for clarrification. With NG Pay transaction ID BSNL customer care doesnt have any clue to solve the problem
