I forgot my I-PIN and typed it five times and it was blocked. I requested NSDL CRA for a new I-PIN. I got new I-PIN but it was not working. I tried to call them but they were not answering my calls. Please help me in resolving my problem.

This has reference to your query, regarding non- functioning of re-issued I-PIN issued by NSDLCRA.
In this regard, you are requested to provide your 12 digit PRAN and complete screen shot of the error while accessing CRA website to enable us to resolve your query.

We would like to inform you that CRA has developed a Central Grievance Management System (CGMS) wherein the entities can raise their grievances against CRA or any other entities in NPS. You can access the CRA website ‘www.cra-nsdl.com’ and use the I-Pin allotted at the time of registration in order to log your grievances. After successful logging of the grievance, a token number will be generated by the system with the help of which you can track the status of your grievance on CRA website. The grievances logged in CGMS will be centrally monitored by a dedicated team “Subscriber Care Group” (SCG) at NSDL-CRA so as to ensure that the grievances are resolved in a smooth and efficient manner.
