I bought a DVD player some 20 days back from Kirti Electronics in Thane(W) and the set went dead within 2 weeks of purchase. I booked a call, where I was promised that someone should come to my home to repair the set. No one turned up. After that I took the set to ONIDA service station in Thane (West). It has been around 7 days now. The service center manager tells me that there is NO ESTIMATE on the time it will take to repair. He was very rude in behaviour and basically indicated that I have to wait endlessly to know when the player can be repaired.
