Have purchased Panasonic refrigerator from Tata Chroma store on 27th Dec 2011. The appliance is making sound from the day one. We have filed complaint with the store as well as Panasonic, the serice people visited and siad they need to change some part which they never did. They have closed the complaint without resolution and are not attending the same.
Have been following up with store and company but nothing seems to be moving. My mail are not even acknowledged by them
