Hello sir/madam,
I had bought a PETER ENGLAND shirt from ahmedabad, from peter england show room in himalaya mall, gurukul. The dealer didnt allowed me to make a trial of shirt which i wanted to buy, instead he gave me a demo shirt of same size. I wore that demo shirt and then satisfied by the size, i bought the original shirt for Rs.599.
At home, when i opened the shirt, i saw a lot of colored patches in it. I immediately sent the shirt to the dealer. The dealer told me that they cannot replace the shirt and was telling that the patches were made by me. How rude.I had trusted the company and didnt opened the shirt in the show room . Was that my mistake. Definitely not. The dealer was telling that it is not possible that the there will be fault in company' shirt. Everyone makes mistakes. Even a big company like peter england too can. But this is not the solution that we customers have to pay price of that mistake. I cannot wear that shirt in this condition and i lost my hard earned money of Rs.599.
Please sir/madam, kindly look into the matter and do the needful in this regard.

Kindly refer my earlier complain posted at this site on 14 DEC, 09 regarding faulty Formal shirt 100% cotton Peter England 44 size which did not fit.Now I convey my
thanks to Mr Himadri Chowdhury, Regional Manager, Peter England and employees
of Isha Distributors, Kolkata who replaced my defective shirt with a new one.

I bought two Peter England 100% cotton formal shirt size-44 from z square Kanpur on 16/05/2014. However I have tried to wear the
shirt I found the shirt size ok but the hand fittings is little bit tight . .Since I
have been using Peter England 100% cotton formal shirt different sizes for the last 10-12 years I never bothered about the fitting of shirt.This is not complain just give advise to production dept if they are making 44 size its should same size for hand also for example Zoidac, van Husain and others brand they have fittings.

I am writing a mail to you regarding the complaint of your one distributor in the name of " PLANET FASHION (VASTRA). I purchased a shirt( PeterEngland ) from captioned distributor having number ISA117CUQ / FISA117 after 15days the shirt get shrinked...i sent it to dealer for replacement he took 20days by saying that it will take 20days replacement time for company ...but i was shocked when i went there after 20 days ...he denied to replace the same...by saying that it coudnot be replaced..without telling any reason...
It really hurted me and the distributor is spoling the emage of the company please look into the matter...and do needful
