[Resolved]  Provogue Shoes — defective shoes

Dear Sir/Mam,

I bought provogue shoes from Trade fair Delhi just a month back, now the shoes are in bad condition. Please suggest me where should i apporach to change or repair it.

I bought Provogue shoes from one of there outlet at Aakash Ganga, Laxmi Nagar on 15.03.2009. As it has been only 2 1/2 months since i have purchased the shoes and leather is badly cracked. Kindly advise me where should i approach for further action.

hi myself saurabh patel. i had buy provogue shoes from pantaloons ahmedabad.within one month the solution of the shoes is gone.kindly take some action or give advise me what to do.

Same issue is with me i have bought the shoe from flames Ludhiana and facing the leather is getting crack from the day one ..

I purchased new provogue shoes from hyderabad central. its damed with in 30 days. i need my 100 % money back it costed me 2500 rs

I We have bought two pairs of Sandals under Buy 1 get 2 offer from Chandigarh: MANI MAZRA Shop# 5 - GF, City Centre, DLF IT-Park, Chandigarh Tel:[protected]/[protected]-4663360/4673360 and with in one hour of wearing it the resin of sandals removed from the sole/base.
We went to your shop and your shopkeeper asked in a very ghastly way that how come this happened the other shopkeeper replied ‘Due to Rain’.
We would like to tell you that there was no Rain at 9:00AM in Panchkula today so this is completely the fault of Poor material used in footwear manufacturing. We visited your shop at 9:45AM.
We have paid Rs.785/- (Footwear’s) and Rs.449/- (Gents purse).
We want our money back, because of you our colleges laughed at us and made our fun. Also, we do not want to deal with M&B in future.
It will take very less time to broadcast this issue further.
