I bought a Reliance CDMA sim card and after few days, it got deactivated due to document verification problem. I contacted Manager (Mr. Sudhir Bhaduri) of Reliance Web Store and resubmitted the documents with an Out station form (as I am from Rajasthan).
Again, after 2-3 days my number got deactivated due to the same issue(document verification).
Now, repeatatively, I am visiting Reliance Web Store and they say that everything is OK, documents are submmitted from our side and your number will be activated within 2-3 days.
But, It's been around 1 month and my number is still not working. It also has balance of around 70-80 Rupees, which are not going to be returned back to me.
