Dear Sir,
I, Mr. Javed E. Qureshi, holder of Reliance CDMA Tel No.[protected] have asked to unsubscribe and block all services from time to time including being listed in DND since Sept'2008.
Still i receive messages stating the deductions because of XYZ Subscription /Services although i haven't. This kind of THEFT/ROBBING is happening from all Services.
My father has been charged for Joke Subscription by Airtel.
My Sister in law has been charged Rs.100/- for unknown subscription by Idea.
Customers understand that service renderers steal money & send bogus messages of Subscription.
When informed about ROBBING, all that a Reliance Customer Care can do is to give political assurance that you are blocked and it won't happen again.I haven't experience any change.
Although i feel i should switch to other services, but they are all Corporate ROBBERS.
They are not ready to offer blocking these forever and only subscribe/register when given in written.
Can anybody help us from these CORPORATE ROBBING
