DEAR SIR,
MY NAME IS CHITTARANJAN NAYAK AND NOW I AM ENJOYING POSTPAID CONNECTION
BEARING NO. [protected] . I AM STAYING IN PASCHIM MEDINIPUR DIST, OF WEST BENGAL STATE .
I AM A CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE SINCE MORE THAN FOUR YEARS . BUT NOW I AM TOTALLY
DISSATISFIED WITH RELIANCE AND I HAVE DECIDED TO GIVEUP THIS CONNECTION.
ACTUALLY MY CONNECTION FOR THE MOB.NO. [protected] WAS A PREPAID CONNECTION
JUST BEFORE THREE MONTHS . IN THE LAST WEEK OF MAY – 2011, MR.CHANDAN CHAKRABORTY ,
ASST SALES MANAGER AND SOMABESH BANERJEE , SALES STAFF OF RELIANCE CONTACTED ME AND
REQUESTED ME TO CHANGE THE CONNECTION FROM PRE TO POSTPAID . THEY TOLD ME ABOUT
SPECIAL RELIANCE PLAN ,OPTION – 1 , OF RENTAL RS.99/- . AFTER THEIR CONTINEOUS REQUEST FOR
COUPLE OF DAYS I HAVE GIVEN MY CONSCENT TO CHANGE THE SAME . BUT AFTER CHANGING THE
CONNECTION TO POSTPAID , THE PROBLEMS FACED BY ME FORCED ME TO LOOSE MY YEAR LONG
FAITH TOWARDS RELIANCE .
PROBLEMS FACED DURING THE PERIOD
1) AT THE TIME OF SIFTING FROM PRE TO POSTPAID I HAD A BALANCE OF RS.6O/- (APPROX.)
IN MY PREPAID ACCOUNT WHICH IS TILL NOW NOT SETTLED EVEN AFTER MY CONTINEOUS
EFFORT, WHILE THAT TIME YOUR SALES PERSONS ASSURED ME TO ADJUST THE SAME BALANCE .
2) AFTER ONE MONTH OF CONVERSION TO POSTPAID , I HAVE REQUESTED TO AGAIN REVERSE
MY REQUEST TO PREPAID WHILE YOUR PERSONS TOLD ME IT CAN BE DONE ONLY AFTER
THREE MONTHS . EARLIER, BEFORE CONVERSION THE SAME PERSONS ASSURED ME THAT
IT CAN BE DONE AFTER ONE MONTH.
3) RELIANCE IS HAVING IT ‘ S AUTHORISED DEALER POINT AT KHARAGPUR, W.B. , WHILE I AM
STAYING 10 KMS. FAR FROM THE PLACE THAT IS AT MEDINIPUR . AT THE TIME OF
CONNECTION YOUR PEOPLE ASSURED ME THAT THEY WILL COLLECT THE BILL AMOUNT
BEFORE TIME EVERY MONTH . AS ON DATE I HAVE RECEIVED TWO BILLS DATED 05/07/11
AND 05/08/11 . THE EARLIER ONE I PAID ON 19/7/11 TO THE AGENT WHO VISITED ME
WHILE NONE OF THE AGENTS CAME TO ME TO COLLECT THE BILL AMOUNT OF THE LATER
ONE .
4) AS PER THE SCHEME GUIDELINES EXPLAINED BY YOUR PEOPLE EVERY MONTH 200 SMS ARE
FREE , WHILE IN BOTH THE BILLS I FOUND THE SMS I HAVE DONE HAS BEEN CHARGED BY RELIANCE .
5) I HAVE NEVER SUBSCRIBED FOR “ OSI S SHERO SHAYARI “ FACILITY , WHILE IN BOTH THE
BILLS CHARGES LEVIED FOR THESE SERVICES .
6) IN THIS PERIOD TWICE I RECEIVED SMS FROM RELIANCE ASKING REPLY WITH RETURN SMS
WHETHER YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH OUR SERVICE OR NOT ? TWICE I REPLIED WITH “NO”
AND WHEN YOUR PEOPLE CONTACTED ME I EXPLAINED ALL THE FACTS TO THEM . BUT I
FOUND IT INEFFECTIVE AS TILL DATE THE MATTER WAS NOT RESOLVED .
7) ON 18/8/11, I RECEIVED ONE SMS FROM RELIANCE AS PER SR NO.[protected] , WHERE IT
WAS MENTIONED THAT MY PLAN HAS BEEN CHANGED TO RTMNPCW199 , FOR WHICH I
HAVE NEVER GIVEN ANY REQUEST .
8) MR.CHANDAN CHAKRABORTY, ASST. MANAGER SALES ( M-[protected]) AND MR.
SOMABESH BANERJEE , SALES AGENT (M-[protected] ) , HAS NEVER TURNED TO ME SINCE
THREE MONTHS EVEN AFTER MY CONTINEOUS REQUEST TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM .
9) NOW FROM TWO DAYS MY OUTGOING CALLS WERE BARRED BY RELIANCE WITHOUT ANY
FAULT FROM MY SIDE .
I AM A VERY OLD CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE AND ENJOYED NUMBERS LIKE [protected] (POST-PAID ) AND [protected] ( PREPAID), REGISTERED IN VIZIANAGARAM , ANDHRA-
PRADESH , WHICH I CANCELLED AT THE TIME OF MY TRANSFER OF JOB . YOU CAN CHECK THE USES , TRANSACTIONS , AND PAYMENTS FOR THE ABOVE NUMBERS WHICH WERE VERY
IMPRSSIVE .
NOW I REQUEST YOU TO WAIVE THE IRREGULAR/UNWANTED CHARGES , DEDUCT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT OF RS.250/- , MY PREPAID BALANCE OF RS.60/- AND INFORM ME AT THE
EARLIEST FOR SETTLEMENT AND AFTER THIS KINDLY REVERSE MY CONNECTION TO
PREPAID .
WAITING FOR YOUR EARLY CORSE OF ACTION .
