net connect reliance — termination required
RELIANCE DOES NOT NFORM ITS CUSTOMERS ON HOW TO GET PERMANENT TERMINATION OF THEIR NET CONNECT SERVICES. EVEN AFTER THE CUSTOMER GIVES WRITTEN REQUEST TO THEIR DEALERS THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE CUSTOMER AND KEEP SENDING THE BILLS ON THE PLEA THAT THE SERVICE IS ON. EVEN IF THE CUSTOMER PAYS THE ENTIRE BILL ON THE DATE OF WRITTEN REQUEST FOR TERMINATION -- RELIANCE DOES NOT GIVE IMPORTANCE AND TRIES TO OVERCHARGE THE CUSTOMERS BY RAISING BILLS. RELIANCE SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO GIVE CLEAR INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS ON HOW TO GET RID OF THEIR SERVICES.net connection — application of connection

My number is [protected]I have got the mobile along with the offer attached to my number for my mom and I have submitted the proof and also I have been paying necessary payment on time and Though I am being perfect on part, My connection for no reason has been terminated and they could not give any reason for it at all and They told initially that there was mismatch in the address, but I proved it that one person personally visited my house and got it verified and also it got updated in their system which I witnessed. This I got for receiving incoming call mostly and I would call my MOM number to get free as per the offer given to me. I have so much of complaints on Reliance and I am completely dissatisfied with reliance and I request your intervention to resolve my issue and get me compensation from reliance for these frequent issues.

Reliance Netconnect — connection Not terminated
Dear all,I am Reliance broadband Customer my no is [protected]. I put a requets to terminate the broadband connetion on 9/3/2012 after paying all my dues of Rs. 1103 Receipt no S[protected] and as per the executive on my next billing cycle my connetion will be terminated and dues will be settled. But on 22 Apr 2012 my next bill generated and Rs 162.11 charged and then I move to reliance web world for the same and put a request then executive told me that after 48 hours this connection will be termibated. I again walked to reliance web world on 2/5/2012. But still my connection is not terminated .
I am very much upset by the services given by reliance communication I want urgently this connection must be terminated and settled my dues whatever excess amount charged from my pocket refunded immediately.

I think this matter is long lasting today on 17 th may my connection is still not terminated again my bill is generated for the amount of Rs 56 and last date for the payment is 15 th may . if i dont get the solution than at last i have to in consumer court .

I received a call from Mr.Mukesh a few days ago and he said that he is working on this case. I haven't heard from him after that.I hope you are working on my case. Just want to let you know that i paid my bill of Rs2085 just the day before Mr. Mukesh had called me. When i spoke to Mr.Vijay from finance department while paying my bill, he said i would not have to make any payments after this as he is terminating my connection. He sent me a termination E-mail to my e-mail address. This e-mail was from a gmail id which is [protected]@gmail.com . When i asked him, he said that the termination e-mail cannot be sent directly from reliance. When i checked with the customer service the next day i found out that my connection had not been terminated yet. So i applied for termination and they said it would be terminated in 7-15 days and they also said i would have to pay for the 7-15 days period (exactly what they said when i applied fr termination in Feb). I know i deserve a full refund of Rs2085 /- as i had not used my internet connection ever since Feb and i will not be paying the final bill if it comes to me since i know this is clearly some fault on your side. Reliance USB NET connection — Not cancelling connection after telling so many times
Sir,I have made a big mistake buying reliance net connection approx 4-5 months ago. I am extremely annoyed with the quality of service. Complainnts are;
1. Bill mensions some charges which even Customer care doesn't know what exactly is that. They subscribe some plan by their wish and put extra charges for that.
2. when go to customer care - Doest know what is VPN charge. i dont know how it got activated.
3. i cancelled my connecteion , they agreed and then also they sending bills!
pathetic decision to take this!
please help
i am tired of contacting again and again and telling them that i dont want there useless service.
