I have mobile Number [protected] with a validity upto 19 Apr 09. I have recharged on line from ICICI Account for Rs.300/-. My talk time should be full. They have provided only Rs.130/-. When contacted, they say that myself has recharged with Validity Voucher and not the TOP UP. Customers are unable to understand their theory. Once I have validity upto two years. dear sir, i had given a complaint before and u had responded to me by a call.. u had given me a number but it connected me to a recorded answering machine which couldn't solve my problem.. i would like to register a complaint again. my coin box landline has a balance of about 3000 rupees but it has no validity.. so i am at loss. when contacted with your representative , he did not respond in a proper manner and was rude in behavior and attitude..my shop is located at no: 5A, natraj nagar, selaiyur, chennai - 600073.
