Dear sir/madam,
Once again i am requesting you to LOCK/BLOCK the SIM which i lost today morning, bearing no-[protected]; i also contacted the local reliance customer care in the morning itself and they told me that they would block the SIM and inform it to me within 3 hour; but, unfortunately, more than 7 hours had gone by without any intimation from the reliance customer care service.
Please do the needful to prevent the misuse or illegal use of the SIM.

My reliance CDMA sim card has damage & would like to get new sim card with same mobile no. I will hand over the old sim card which is damaged.
Pls let me know the procedure.
