I am K.Srinivasa Rao, my complaint no.[protected] dtd.12.10.09 at 11.00am due to amount deducted without my permission for activation & STD Reliance coinbox no.[protected], it has been gone 8 days till your customer executive spoke with more than 5 times but they are not sove mey probelm it is so pity & poor network, poor service, after this why should I use your connection, attend the above mention STD call from my mobile but please check the number you have dial & contact reliance customercare the following 2 points mention below.
1. STD Reliance Coin Box No.[protected]AP)
2. Rs.70/- deducted from my balance
Kindly consider my above request & credit the balance amount
Find out where is technical problem immedaitely for the calling of above STD number

Reliance Smart — Deduction of balance in prepaid Reliance Smart connection
We have a Reliance GSM prepaid Smart connection. It is deducting balance in the name of MKR service in regular interval (rs 30). The unsubscribe code when sms-ed fails to unsubscribe from the service. The customer care never responds. Really disgusted with reliance. Hope tis post finds the concerned authority.
