I totally agree with you on this issue. Why Reliance, every product manufacturer / service provider in the country does not look up to the consumer at all. Once the product / service is sold, thats it. Its pathetic. Gone are the days of 'Consumer is King', if they are just looked as Consumers, that would be more than enough. Look at Tata Sky for example, when you take the offer, they provide you with a number of channels. Now, after 2 months, all sports channels have been switched off, the Active channels have also been switched off and the best part, when you call them up and threaten that you will puull-out, what they say is alarming - PLEASE GO AHEAD. The country is going to the dogs and in this manner, we cannot aim to be a superpower any time in the next 100 years. Sometime I wonder we should have been ruled by the Britishers, atleast some level of discipline would have been there. Hello, is someone listening. Here's an opportunity.

I too had brought a suit-length for Rs 1600 in December 2010 (spent another about 300 for stitching) for my daughter from Reliance Trends but the quality is poor that with one hand wash in mild detergent it has faded and the print has come off. Now she cannot use it. I waiting for an opportunity to visit their shop in Ambience Mall in Gurgaon and throw it on the face of the Manager.
