reliance wireless broadband — Plan change
Reliance wireless broadband service has the worst customer service. Even after providing details (personel documents) for broardband connection (not once but twice) the Reliance outlet in Madhapur, Hyderabad fail to activate it for 20days and I had to approach some other Reliance center. 2 months before (12 Jan 2010) i requested for paln change from (Brdbnd10GDyNgtRom1MF) 1,449/- plan to 500/- (Brdbnd10GNgt) rental plan. And today (24 Mar 2010) also i receive bill of 1,650/- (inclusive taxes). In the span of two months I have visited the Madhapur and Kondapur (Hyderabad) web-world twice and both the time was promised that in next bill it will be effective. But in reality nothing changed. Hello,I am living at Vasundhara Sector 2 in Ghaziabad,
At the time of buying reliance guy said that you will get speed of 1-2 Mbps.
But infact i am getting a speed of 0-20 KBPS.
I am getting Full Signal strength & also i am connecting to HSD network but still i am getting speed of 1x.
Reliance should look at their service.
Don't buy their product if you are living in >
Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara
You will get worst service there.
Wait till reliance resolve these issues or buy any other network like MTS.
MTS is providing good speed.

reliance wireless broadband — No rectification
Dear Sir/Madam,I have taken reliance broadband connection of 300kbps and most of the time the browsing speed itself it around 40kbps and sometimes even worst than that. When it comes to paying bill, that is at the end of the month the speed will cross 300kbps. I had requested to disconnect the line once and no one responded to it. I believed that, the speed is going to be better and waited for 3months and finally I called the customer care and asked to disconnect the line (this is 2nd time, I have asked to disconnect the line) I was given the termination# 83240296. The next day a person from reliance called and said that, he will come and fix the antenna but I denied saying I have already requested to disconnect the line. Its been almost 25days. When I recently called for the status, the representative said that the person who called me had documented that I would like to continue which is not true. I never told anyone that, I would like to continue.
Despite of asking to disconnect the line, reliance is coercing the customer to have the line connected. Is there anyone who can help me? I just want to pay off the Feb's rent and have the line disconnected.
