[Resolved] Sony Ericsson W910i — Restart Problem

I am Madhur Khosla and i stay in noida.I had purchase my sony w910i on 24 august 2008.A few days later i discovered that the phone is getting restarted whenever i press 9.I got my cell replaced on 12 September 2008.I am getting the same problem in the new cell .I want this model to be replaced by another model as i am not satisfied with this.I also went to the sony ericsson service centre and the executive is telling me that they wont replace it now.I want you to take an immediate action or else ill file a case against sony ericsson. I am using this (sony w910i) phone since septmber' 08 and i am facing the same problem since begining... its getting restart after every 02 -03 hours. i had checked with service centre also but they infomred me that nothing is wrong with your phone; we will update the software and then it will work fine. however the phone is still as it was...

i am really sick n tired o[censored]sing this phone and need to exchange the phone on a urgent basis

please treat this urgent and and do the needful; or else i will go the court and file a case against SONY ERICSSON

Same problem is with me, If any Solution plz let me know..

1 more problem When I dial no. which is not in contact list, It takes long time to display that it dials.
