I just received an offer letter from same company i.e RIG GROUP CONSTRUCTION GHANA and been asked to contact its nominated travel agency for completing the paperwork and procuring resident permit. Is it the official way of getting resident permit in Ghana.Kindly advise for benefit of many including Rig Group.

Any company is advising to contact Agency / Broker / Travel Agency for further contact & correspondance
as they will ask to deposite money for Visa, Air Ticket etc are only fraud Business .
So be Careful from these fake people.

I fully agree that these are fraud recruiting agencies who practically don't have any offices anywhere.

Second thing whom so ever feel that they will get such hepty salary, they should see that what is other good companies are paying for this post and facilities.

we shouldnot run behind such offer and never should send any personal details thru biodata such as passport copy, bank a/c no. residence address etc etc. Also should take care that on agent's request one should not send any amount for registration fee, service charges etc etc. Bcoz, normally good recruitment aegencies don't take commission from you. they get it from their client.

Better No to opt jobs in Ghana and Niegeria blindly. Offered salary itself will tell you that job is fake or true.
we can also search company's HR dept to ad came thru email.

i got the appointment letter as project engineer for USD14400 and to join upto[protected] in ACCRA, Ghana. i replied them to raise the salary with family status. let us see their response.still they have asked me for any money.

riggroups construction — True or Fake

Hello sir... I got the appointment letter from rig groups construction as a Piping Designer on 30 th august. Offered me 11,200 USD. They asked me to connect with MARVIDZ TRAVELERS LIMITED for the arrangement of my visa and repatriation at my expense at first and then will be reimbursed by the CO. Is this True or Fake. please reply me urgently.

i got also same offer letter but i just dont mind it coz i know its truly a fake one.If they are interested and real they will call u through phone and talk to you.So please be wise dont just grab it especially they are now asking some payment you will just lose your money.Do not just believe it by using an email unless otherwise you can talk to them personally.Theres a lot of people doing this activity so be careful.I've been received that offer letter in ghana but when i research about all those things its nothing and beside that is not RIGG GROUP CONSTRUCTION CO. but instead RIGG CONSTRUCTION CO. amd they are not connected to ZIPWAY TRAVEL LIMITED.zipway is a consumers guide products not a travel agency.

I just want to inform you that, this is totaly fruad & the same happend with me .. i say to those bloody people to not to misguide us. let us go on with through proceduers.

i have got a mail attached with the appointment letter and the company is RIG GROUPS OF CONSTRUCTION and the have selected me for their project in ACCRA GHANA and they wanted me to do follow further proceeding as per their guidelines, but my doubt is on two points - first is they did not take my interview and the second is they asked me to apply for visa through ZIP WAY TRAVELS .COM.
PLEASE GUIDE ME IF YOU CAN, THEY HAVE GIVEN ME THE DEADLINE OF 17 OCT. 2010 FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE RELATED FORMALITIES.
