I am a consumer of Indane Gas with Consumer No. RG-7040 with Rohini Enterprises, Rohini.(Ph No. 27041413,[protected] These numbers are not easy to get through to.
I had booked my refill on 27.5.2009, on non receipt of the refill I have contacted Rohini Enterprises, I was informed that the slip came back on 2.6.09 because the house was locked & I was told that the cylinder would be sent within a day. Thereafter, I have contacted Rohini Enterprises three times more but till date the cylinder has not been received. I wish to point out that both my cylinders are empty & I have borrowed a half-empty cylinder from the neighbors.
I tried calling your Toll free no. [protected] & the IOC Customer Service cell nos. 23411654, 23411282 but there was a no reply on all the numbers.Your website ioclebiz.com is also not opening.
I request you to direct the dealer-Rohini Enterprises to deliver our refill on Monday itself.
In case of failure by your dealer I will be constrained to move the Consumer Court for deficiency of service on part of M/s Rohini Enterprises. Was this information helpful? |
indane Gas-Rohini Enterprises dealer — Non supply of Refill
I booked a refill vide booking no. 53 on 30.07.2010 through computerised service,but the dealer is not supplying the gas and they are not taking the telephone calls aswell
