I purchased Frozen smoked ham from safeway foods, ranjit avenue, amritsar and when i was about to eat it i noticed it had fungus on it.
i immediately went to the shop and showed the product to the owner and his manager. he checked the expiry date and told me that its fine. the meat was drak and dead had green thin lines on it.
the owner told me if they kept exchanging pecies like this soon there business will run in looses. he told me to leave the product with him and i could check for replacement next week.
I checked the shop and found that he did had fresh replacement, moreover i was there in this shop for about 10 mins and i saw atleast 4/5 coustomers go by me and no one was given a bill of sale. on my asking i was told they have run out of bill books.
I have rcored the converstaion between me an dthe manager of teh shop and the owner and also have the fungus ham in my possesion. i would urge the authorities to take strick action agaist such shopkeepers as they are irresponsible and do care about public health. they have on purpose voilated teh health & safty.
i urge of immediate action.

I’m handicap and move about on a wheelchair. I have visited the store many times on the wheelchair. Today I was told not to enter the store on wheelchair. I was shocked to be stopped at the entrance reason being my wheelchair may spoil their marble stares.
The whole country is trying to be handicap friendly and this store is behaving like this.
Looks like he has forgotten the days when he had started, customers like me has made this store successful.
More shocking was his attitude, on asking the phone number of the owner along with the name, on calling the number I found out it to be invalid.
WHY THIS DISCRIMINATION?????
