[Resolved]  Samsung - Refrigerator - Model Ra18f — Gas Cooking - Defect Refrigerator

Sub: - Defect Refrigerator – Gas choking since 4 years

I have purchased Samsung Refrigerator Model RA18F of 160 lts on 04/04/2008, First 11 months it performance is good. After 11 th months in mid of summer suddenly it stops the cooling effect, I approached the Samsung service engineer and they told Gas is chocked and they filled the gas and charged nothing and said it under warranty,

After that it works good for more 11 months and again the same problem, but this time they took the Reregister to their work shop and did some repair and said everything is perfect but this time they charged Rs.488, for spare part, and filling the gas, that time I requested to replace the fridge as it got internal defect, they said it is not possible as it is not under warranty.

After second effort it started working for 11 months, again it got the same problem, this time they took the fridge to their workshop and done something and assured this time the problem is cleared and they charged Rs. 826 including transportation charges. When I refused to pay that one they are not in position to handover the fridges as it is mandatory that the customer will pay those only

After third effort it halts it work after 10 months, again same thing, took the fridge to workshop and made some repairs and said the same thing and charged Rs.800 forcibly putting all the charges on my head, But this time I have made all my attempts requesting them to replace the defect peace, they said it will not possible. And given full assurance it won’t stop again. This is happened on 03/07/2008

But this time it starts it malfunctioning so early, day before yester day it starts its malfunction again and I approached their service engineer, he said again same problem.

I request you pl. suggest me how to solve my problem.
