[Resolved] Serco — salary issue

sir, i have join this company on 1 st july but due some problems i E-resign with a 10 days prior period notice. But my manager didn't accept my prior period notice and terminate me with the immediate effect...from 29th july. And companies policy is the cannot terminate any employee within a period of 1 month and for salary also one have to stay 1 month in the company...any legal advice... Was this information helpful? Serco — Salary issue and wrong commitment

Hi am sandeep. I am working in serco from last three months still i have not gets a single of my salary. My joining date was 10 july 2013. I have also take apporoch from higher authoroty. But not any thing done. Now what i have to do please give me responce. Thanks u.
