Sir, my self surendra kumar my mobile no. [protected]. in smart they send sms for caller tune i did not select for caller tune but company itself provide me caller tune and will be deducted charges from my balance. and other thing is that company send advertisment any time any where, when i was driving vehicle or sitting in a meeting the call arrived and distrub to me and others. if i tell the company that stop this type of services then he said apply dnd and sent to a particular number and then after 45 days ther services will be stopped by the company. i want to say when he start the services then he ask me for starting this type of service.
