Star CJ — Wrong and missing Order
Hi,My name is Sumit and I ordered a Benetton 3 t-shirt combo through starcj. Product was delivered on 6th aug 2011. When I checked the order there was 1 t-shirt missing and 1 was of wrong size.
When I called the customer care they said that they will exchange the wrong size t-shirt in business days and regarding missing t-shirt I will receive call in 24-48hrs from warehouse department. On 8th aug, 2011 I again called the customer care because I DID not received any call from warehouse department and they said that they are forwarding my complaint on priority and I will get a call within 24hrs and this was done after calling them for about 4times. Again till 10th aug I DID not received any call and when I called them they again said that I will receive a call in 24-48hrs.. when asked to connect with supervisor they said that they will transfer my call and when the call got transferred nobody picked the call and it got disconnected.. this happened 4 times and on fifth time they made me talk to the supervisor and he promised that it will take another 5 business days to reach 2 t-shirts on for exchange and another from missing order...
after this I received a call from starcj and the representative said that they do have the stock available and they will refund the order. Asked about the turnaround time for getting my money back and they said that in next 5 business days they will send someone to my place to collect the order and after that it will take another 10 business to get my money back... I want to know what about my time that I wasted in calling these people and what about the calls that I made... and also after all the harassment they blocked my money for 20-25 days...
this star cj call center team is the most pathetic team I have ever seen when it comes to service and one should pay extra money in market to by product from market in place of buying from them.
Now I am planning to take legal action again starcj for this harassment. Kindly help me in this...

I Have Ordered Bhalaria 48pcs stainless steel dinner set On 23/08/2011 . I have received that dinner set but i had not received the free gift with that set. I am complaints many times to customer care but on your side their no response to me so i am very angry please take action on that and call back to me, therefore my ordered no. is [protected].

combo of 3 t shirts — Missed order no
