i'm Piyush Saxena have purchased a product "Bhalaria 60pc dinner set" from Star cj alive (web: www.starcj.com) with online process on dt. 30/11/11 along with that product they show on tv two free gift, one of them is hand blander which was defective when i found product delivery, against that i raised a complaint and they promise me to replace it 7 to 10 working days but i haven't got any replacement till now while i remind him many times my latest complaint number is "[protected]".So this is requested to you please followup it for me.
One more complaint from star cj alive that i have purchase "Bajaj food processor fx11 food factory" on dt. 30/11/11, today on 02/02/12 i arranged a demo from bajaj customer care than i have come to know that a part of that product is also defective (centrifugal juser) i have doubt to originality of that product because of the defect is not minor its major and can't to believe that brand like bajaj makes such type of defects. i have complaint it today 02/02/12 to replace it, that complaint no. is "[protected]" but i have doubt it also takes a longer time to solve or not to be solve (like previous above complaint).
so i have needed your help please help me and followup the same.
